At home, I have multiple devices that host http servers (Lets call them
Device1, 2 and 3.)
Device1 use to be on port 80, and
Device2 on port 'something else'. When you would go on
Device1's root (my IP) you would get redirected to the page
<ip>/nstatus.sht. I changed my port forwarding so now port 80 is
Device2. When I go to my IP, my browers (IE and Chrome) try to go to
<ip>/nstatus.sht, which gives an error because it's not a valid page for
Device2. I cleared the cache in Chrome, and now when I go to my ip, I get to a valid page. I tried to do the same thing in IE, and it fails and still tries to redirect me to the non-existing page.
How can I fix this, and what's the name of that... 'phenomenon'?
