Few days ago my relatives were complaining they can't access their Asus Zenbook UX31E laptop, because it didn't accept HDD lock password. Since all passwords (Windows account, BIOS user and master, HDD user and master) were same haven't been changed for a long time (and everything was OK when they turned off laptop last time) this made me really interesting. Irony here is that BIOS accepts boot password, but doesn't accept HDD password at all.
When I got hands on this notebook, first thing that I noticed was inability to get into BIOS menu. It just won't get into BIOS menu. I've tried pressing all function keys and delete, escape nothing worked.
I have got no idea what to do. Any help?
