We have a windows 2012 server with PHP 5 and IIS 8.
We have a client with an older oscommerce site that needs to run on PHP 4 with register globals on.
We have tried some workarounds for PHP 5 to get the site working but there are just too many issues. We really need to get PHP 4 installed.
I know enough php to fix the templates and add some content, but the server setup is a bit beyond my skill level. I have looked into installing a few different versions of PHP 4 myself, but the instructions usually include modifying registry values and putting files into windows folders. I am concerned this will mess up the PHP 5 install.
Does anyone have any experience setting up PHP 4 and 5 side-by-side with IIS 8 on Windows Server 2012?
EDIT: I can provide more information if it would help, I'm not sure what else to include.
