I need an .ahk script that Will allow me to toggle hidden folders/files via Super + H

Unfortunately I don't know how to script/program.

Can anyone cook up a script for me that will do so?

If this is a registry change, why not export the reg file for that item and make two reg versions one to set super hidden on and one to set super hidden off. No real need for scripting. If it is not through the registry, tell us what you do to change the "state" between hidden/not hidden. –  Robert Ilbrink Jun 19 '13 at 5:32
