Is there any de-duplication Linux software which allows specify folder under which duplicates will be found and immediately deleted (but one copy of duplicates will be preserved) and also allows specifying excluding folder, which means that under this folder the duplicates wont be never deleted? I am looking for something simmilar to:

fdupes -rN /dir/duplicates

which means that this will delete all duplicates and persevere the first found. The one thing that I am missing here is the ability to specify under which subdirectory of /dir/duplicates will be originals keept. I have found something here but it requires patching of fdupes http://code.google.com/p/fdupes/issues/detail?id=11
