ffmpeg -itsoffset 5 -i test.mkv -i intro.png -i png.png -i outro.png
-filter_complex "[2:v]scale=25:20[wat];[0:v][wat]overlay=10:main_h-overlay_h-10 [out1];
1:v] fade=out:125:25:alpha=1 [intro]; [outv1][intro] overlay [outv2];
[1:v] fade=in:125:25:alpha=1 [outro]; [outv2][outro] overlay [v];"
 -map "[v]" -map 0:a -acodec copy out.mkv

This code will add the intro and a watermark.

What I would like is also add an outro. But this code won't work because the outro has to be at the end of the video ofcourse.

Also, the intro should cover the whole video using overlay. But how can I get the aspect ration of the video and adjust the intro so it will overlay the full aspect of the video?
