In case I have the following route command for single IP routing: route add -net 192.168.xxx.xxx netmask 255.255.255.255 dev eth0 what would be the correct way of making it permanent on CentOS?

The standard form is with "route-eth0": 192.168.xxx.xxx/32 via GATEWAY but in this case we don't have any gateway as this a subnet.

(Just to clarify, it needs to be done due to same IP range being routed over eth1, with single IP exception).
