I currently use 2 x 1920x1080 27" monitors, but find on a large screen size the resolution is lacking at times.

I am looking for a main 27" monitor @ 2560x1440 in landscape, and a second 21.5" monitor @ 1920x1080 in portatrait.

At their native resolutions, the pixels-per-inch of the 27" work out at 109ppi, and the 21.5" at 102ppi.

Am I likely to notice a large difference in text size on the two monitors with the 109 and 102 pixels per inch?

Since I cant find a 21.5" 2560x1440 monitor (nor do i want the expense!), is there anything else I should look out for when matching portrait/landscape monitors that have different resolutions?
