In windows environment, renaming a file doesn't change its date modified. How do I check if a renamed file is actually the same as another file? A case like the following:

Initially, folder1 (text1.txt), folder2 (text1.txt - copy & pasted from folder1)

Renamed text1.txt in folder1 to text2.txt (If I sync, how do I replace text1.txt in folder2 with the text2.txt? In normal copy and paste, both text1.txt and text2.txt will exist in folder2 with no warning popup whether to replace/overwrite or not because the name are different.)
