Where is my Note Pad Gadget in Windows 7? Where to download it from (One which was in Vista by default was best one for me)

It no longer exists. Why? It's migrated to it's own standalone app, included in the OS, sticky notes. It's better, give it a shot. | |||

Right click desktop, select Gadgets. | |||

The only way that seems to be is to backup gadgets from windows vista (with Vista Sidebar Restoration) and then install the notepad gadget in windows seven with the "restore" option... Haven't tried it yet but it should work. | |||

Maybe you where using google desktop ? :) I had exactly same problem, then i remembered i used to have google desktop gadgets. | |||
