I have network-located BROTHER HL-4570CDW color printer.

I CAN: - print from windows directly in color using RAW driver. - print PS using CUPS lpr in color.

I CAN'T: - print in color through SAMBA 3 spool using windows RAW driver. Samba is configured for CUPS.

I want to use SAMBA because it provides automatic Windows driver installation capability. But when I upload the driver from Windows to SAMBA (using "net use /USER:root" connection), the color mode option is disabled. It is not just disabled, but the printing is forced to b/w.

Can you help me to solve the problem?

P.S. Somehow windows doesn't want to upload BROTHER Windows PS driver, only RAW driver is uploadable. So, I can't check PS printing from windows through SAMBA
