I use the free tool, MagicDisc. It supports Windows 7.

No. You'll need a third-party tool. Virtual Clone Drive is a popular option.

Yet! Virtual CloneDrive works for win 7, DaemonTools and Alcohol 120% don't work on win 7 (i've tested them) – Remus Rigo Oct 30 '09 at 18:38

No, you can't do that directly with Windows 7.

However, you can find a selection of programs to do this task, at this other question.

The How-To Geek also has an article about it, if you would need a tutorial (small one, but still).

WinCDEmu is an open-source software that allows mounting CD/DVD images by clicking at the image files in Windows Explorer (right click > eject to unmount).

Works with XP/Vista/7 x86 & x64

WinCDEmu is freeware.

You can use Daemon Tools to mount the .iso or WinRAR will let you extract/explore the contents of an .iso.
