I need to create an .iso file in a Linux environment.

That iso may be created with any CD-burner software.

The cd must be supported in a Windows environment, and by people knowing the password, be able to decrypt the disk.

Which software can I use to achieve this?

I started with mkisofs and aespipe in Linux enviroment... I created the iso, then burned to cd but i can't figure how to make it readable in Windows.
