My work machine runs Windows 7 and the workplace proxy does not route to my home machine. I would like to access VNC(already setup using tightVNC), SSH(already setup using openssh on Cygwin) and SOCKS proxy(not setup yet) on my home machine (also running Windows 7).

Since I am unable to route directly to my home machine's public ip, I cannot initiate a tunnel from my home machine and therefore, I need to do a reverse tunnel from my Windows 7 work machine. However, all the tutorials I have come across on the web is about Linux and none are about Windows.

So, please tell me how do I initiate a tunnel from my work machine to the SSH server on my home machine to access said services.
