I get the following error when I convert a ISO file to MP4. The ISO file contains a VIDEO_TS directory with the video files:

Interesting… pcm_s16be should be supported. Can you try with a recent build and see if the problem persists? I must say I've never attempted to convert straight from an ISO, although it seems to parse it correctly. –  slhck Aug 26 '13 at 12:45
