I'm adding a rule on port 1627 like below on a remote machine, using PsExec (remote command line):

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Open Port 1627" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=1627

Then I telnet x.x.x.x 1627 from my machine and can't connect (connection not successful).

When I disable the firewall completely, I can connect.

On port 1627 I have my service listening. Adding service=any to the command does nothing.
