I can't seem to find that on mine - it might belong to a addon – Journeyman Geek Sep 11 '13 at 2:47
Looking at the icon it reminds me of multi-desktop management systems, does anything happen when you click on it? – 50-3 Sep 11 '13 at 2:51
No, nothing happens when I click on it – Jordan Crittenden Sep 11 '13 at 2:55
Is that title bar for internet explorer? – Ben Plont Sep 11 '13 at 3:59
@Ben Plont It looks like an Explorer window opened to the Downloads folder. – Josh Sep 11 '13 at 4:13

It's an icon for Dell PremierColor. You can use that icon to send a window to another screen, if you have multiple monitors connected.
