I have 4 GB mini micro SD card and I used it in my android phone (HTC Explorer). I partitioned my SD card and install cm10 in it. But after few month its stops formatting and copying any file. My files in SD shows up but I cant delete them. I tried mini partition tools , SD formator and cmv recovery partition but it is not working. Is there any way to format my card?

I've suggested this be moved to Android Enthusiasts as they would be more familiar with the process of setting up for your given environment, however this is on-topic for Super User I feel the quality of answer may be higher there – 50-3 Sep 11 '13 at 7:59
First thing is to check on the sd card to see if there is a little switch anywhere. This switch swaps the sd card from read and write to read only. Most standard SD cards have these switches but the smaller SDcards usually don't. It could be easily missed though so have a good look for it! – Richard Powell Sep 11 '13 at 8:02
