I'm running a Clonezilla server which has a hard disk image containing Fedora 17 and Windows 7. The image is set up to boot into GRUB2, from where you can choose to boot into Fedora or Windows.
When I do the disk restore however, every computer restored boots into a really minimalist terminal that just gives a display of
I've found a solution that lets me reload GRUB manually, but i'd rather not have to do that everytime I try to restore an image.
Is there a reason why GRUB2 doesn't load anymore upon restore? The image that I'm restoring was from a fully functioning terminal.
