I run into this a lot so any tip would be appreciated.

Is there a formula I can use that strips addresses (that change in length and are unique in each cell) from a cell that contains valuable text after it? I am familiar with using text editors and multiple FIND/REPLACE executions to add a tab after streets, but this is not very elegant.

Ex:

  • "1301 A ST Barricade for sign placement"
  • "1500 BROADWAY Temporary power for one day"
  • "1722 HARPER ST For dumpster placement"

I am only interested in retaining everything after the address. And as previously mentioned, the addresses will vary widely in length and the text following the address will vary as well.
