I've created a junction point to preserve the folder structure I'm used to while storing my source code files in the cloud. It looks as follows

  • Junction point: C:\development\projects\
  • Physical target folder: C:\Google Drive\Work\projects\

The projects folder has a subfolder called www. I want to make a junction pointing to that subfolder, which means I would be creating a junction pointing to a folder, which is already taking part in a junction scenario. Is this particular case safe? It doesn't seem to me I'm creating some sort of loop, but I'm not sure.
