Is there any chrome extension which rearranges text to avoid horizontal scrolling?

For one own site we can use javascript, but is possible to write an extension which will insert required code on any site when the extension icon is clicked ?

squarefree.com/bookmarklets/zap.html#force_wrap may help - it's an old site, so Chrome is not listed, but many of these bookmarklets work in (almost) all browsers –  Sean Cheshire Oct 1 '13 at 12:10
My. Javascripting to rearrange text. You perhaps fail to remember (perhaps you're too young to have ever seen it?) that straight, boring, vanilla HTML just automatically rearranges the text to suit the display width. And then the control freaks that wanted a line break in a certain position broke it... –  Ecnerwal Oct 1 '13 at 12:42
