I have 3 machines on a local network at home using 192.168.0.0.

Is it possible to setup another network with an OpenVPN connection so that when I VPN to that OpenVPN server I can remotely access my machines on the OpenVPN network 10.8.0.0 but at the same time still have local access to my network at home?

I tried bridging the local area connection with the OpenVPN connection but the VPN connection keeps dropping and then reconnecting.

EDIT: These machines are within VMWare. Do I need to create a 2nd Ethernet card adapter?
