I have installed Ubuntu 13.04 and Windows 7 on my computer. Both systems are on SSD drive and I have HDD to store data. I used Ubuntu first and for example played Heroes3 on Ubuntu. Now I wanted to play it on Windows but I can't. All files on HDD are read-only and I can't change it. Using attrib shows that files has +A.
I tried takeown and then attrib -A -R +S. Looks like files have +S now but checking in folder properties read-only is still there and I still can't play Heroes(can't create random map cause no permission to write file).
Is there a way to set on linux those attributes that files can be rwx by all? Using ntfs-3g permissions, set rwxrwxrwx in linux, but still no change in windows.
