My second monitor's desktop background has suddenly become magnified upon restart. (Any photo I select is 'overcropped' so it shows only the center of the photo.)

The primary computer's background is still fine. I've gone into Graphics Properties and Graphics Options on the secondary computer but settings are correct/haven't changed.

I did just install LockHunter, a wonderful free utility that deletes stubborn program files that you're not able to (e.g., stating that the program in question is open and must be closed, although it's not, when I went to delete a no-longer-wanted program file such as Simnet's Sticky Notes). LockHunter needs you to restart the computer to actually delete the file. All went well, but that's when the background magnification on computer #2 got messed up.

Are the two monitors different resolutions? – TJennings Oct 11 '13 at 10:06
Sounds like the problem was caused by LockHunter have you restored the files it deleted? – Ramhound Oct 11 '13 at 11:11
