When I left click on my mouse and try to drag something or scroll down a page, it often loose the hold... I first though it was a hardware mouse problem, so I try to switch the left and right button. The problem now happen to the left one, but the right is OK. I finally bought a new mouse, but the same weird problem happen.

Can it be a motherboard failure (I tried many USB port) or a software bug? Drivers are up to date, it's a Logitech mouse and I'm on Windows 7.

Thanks in advance.

Are you using the logitech software? I have found that to be somewhat buggy. Try uninstalling the software and using the generic drivers – AthomSfere Oct 14 '13 at 16:56
