I have noticed strange behavior of apps launch in Windows 8.1 Preview: When I turn on my computer and sign in to Windows I can run any apps without problems, but after a certain time - usually about 10 minutes - I can not run any more applications. It happens so - when I run the application - it does not run, but I can find it in the Task Manager and it displays as "Suspended" in the status. The apps that I ran isn't Metro-app, it's just usual app sucj as Firefox, Inkscape, DoubleCommander etc. Also this behavior occurs when I just start my computer, but don't sign in. After a certain time when I sign in then I can't run any app - all of it running as "Suspended". Well, it's became unusable Windows 8.1 for me. BTW, all updates from Microsoft are applied. How to get rid of this app launch behavior?

you should upgrade to the 8.1 RTM and look if you still have the issue. – magicandre1981 Oct 27 '13 at 18:36
Thanks magicandre1981, I was hoping that maybe this issue can be fixed, but apparently will have to install the RTM version. – Sergey Oct 27 '13 at 21:18
