I have a SanDisk Cruzer 16Gb USB flash drive that I have successfully used on both a Windows 8 and Windows 7 computer earlier today. I have now attempted to use it on another Windows 7 computer and the drive mounts but appears empty and reports a capacity of 0 bytes.

I tried running Windows error checking tool, but it failed saying access to the disk was denied.

Looking under the hardware manager, I saw that it was using a driver called "NA NA USB DEVICE" (I assume NA NA is "not applicable" for both make and model). I uninstalled the device but it automatically re-installed with the same incorrect driver.

I found a link to SanDisk's driver page from a couple different sources, but it returns a 404 error.

Any suggestions for other things I could try?
