I'm installing a new workflow at my workplace and having some trouble to put solutions in place.

We have a company VPN but don't want to have our subcontractors machine access to it. We would like to have multiple developers from a sub-contractor company access to our VCS (SVN, Git). They can access to some of our intranet through SSL + token generator (kind of calculator). So they can access via HTTPS to some of our servers with a web browser.

But could they connect via HTTPS to a SVN repository with TortoiseSVN or other client?

Even though TortoiseSVN supports connecting to a SVN repository over a secure link without access to your VPN access to your intranet won't be possible. –  Ramhound Nov 8 '13 at 14:00
