I installed windows 2008 server and installed all my roles only to find that Windows machines were having problems with RDP. I could use the microsoft app for ipad and android to connect but not using RDP in windows. I re-installed the server again to see where the problem comes from and it turns out that I get the issues just after installing Hyper-V role on my server. I don't understand why windows machines can't but ios can with the rdp app. Has anyone every experienced this? it is really bizarre.

This sounds like a configuration problem. What is the error displayed when it cannot connect? – Ramhound Nov 13 '13 at 16:54
I can't replicate the error as of right now but it was something to the effect of "your connection has been lost" I may try going over the installation again to make sure I didn't hastily add erroneous ifnormation. – Cody Nov 13 '13 at 17:44
The fact you cannot reproduce mean its actually working? – Ramhound Nov 13 '13 at 18:17
