From this morning cannot download any file from Internet with any browser. I am sure that there is not any virus because I have MS Defender and MS Security Essentials with last updates. My MS Windows has all last updates as well.

You can't expect the default Microsoft security stuff to handle viruses for you. Windows is insecure and prone to viruses. – Anonymous Nov 8 '09 at 22:28

Could you expand on your problem? What happens when you try to download something? How are you downloading it? Link? If you tell us more information, it would be easier to help you.
