I was trying to send my dd-wrt router log to syslog-ng server. Which my server and router are located in different places. Syslog-ng are located in my server and dd-wrt are in my office.

I did see the dd-wrt are sending the log to my remote server but I'm not receiving anything which I'm using nvram show | grep syslog and nvram show | grep log to view the status

 size: 20491 bytes (45045 left)
 syslogd_rem_ip=119.9.14.92
 ping_ip=nvram show | grep syslog
 syslogd_enable=1

and this

 size: 20488 bytes (45048 left)
 zebra_log=0
 log_ipaddr=0
 syslogd_rem_ip=119.9.14.92
 log_accepted=1
 ping_ip=nvram show | grep log
 log_dropped=1
 log_level=2
 syslogd_enable=1
 log_enable=1
 hotss_loginonsplash=0
 console_loglevel=7
 log_rejected=1

also I did configure syslog-ng.conf

 udp(ip(192.168.20.1) port(514));

but I'm still unable to send the log to my syslog-ng server.
