I have gone through This thread regarding Google Chrome browser opening up a blank page on startup.
I can open up a blank page by putting "javascript:void()" for home page (in settings).

Now my question is --

On startup, I need to press ALT+ D or click manually in the address bar.
Is there any way by which I can have the mouse pointer in the address bar on startup of chrome?
