Are they not removable through the application manager? – Chris Thompson Nov 9 at 19:35
I've wondered this same thing. I too have no use for some of the apps that come pre-installed that appear to have no way to remove them (even through the application manager, that I can find) – Chris J Nov 10 at 3:52

You can just hide them: http://www.forceclose.com/questions/30/hide-apps-from-app-drawer (use Advanced Launcher) Or, you can totally delete them (instructions for Email app, but changing names should make it work): http://www.forceclose.com/questions/361/how-to-remove-email-application-from-app-drawer (using a shell rm them from the /system/app folder)

could you please give a short summary about the way to do this in case the links don't work any more? – Janusz Nov 13 at 14:22

"should make it work" so I'm assuming you haven't tried it then.

root your phone and download root manager from the app store. Open root manager and select remove system apps from there you'll be able to delete all the pre-installed apps.
