I had to install Windows 7 or Windows 8 to hold a thermography editing software.

So I had installed my VirtualBox v4.3.2 r90405 and after that I installed Windows XP (CD) full pack. Then I updated to Windows XP SP2 (CD) and finally Windows XP SP3 (this was downloaded from microsoft.com). During all the process and after several difficulties I could handle with them and fix everything. In all of the step systems I had a full working VirtualBox.

This was the way to achieve the requesits for install Windows 7. After this last installation I lost the network connection and even the sharing function with my host OS (Apple).

I deselect every Network Adapter (I read that it introduces some network problems in the VM) bout nothing had changed.

I uploaded some folders on the Shared Folders but this didn't allow me to see those MAC folders on the VM.

Devices are not available, except a external CD drive.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Thank you,

I'm assuming you are saying that your guest network connection disappeared, and you can't use the vbox sharing feature. have you tried reinstalling the vbox guest extensions? does the network connection exist in your VM settings? –  Frank Thomas Nov 29 '13 at 21:50
