I would like to query the a table using a form which has three columns but with the code below I can only access the first column. The columns I wish to include are course_no, location and start_date.

SELECT DISTINCT OFFERING.Lecture, OFFERING.Course_no, OFFERING.Start_date, OFFERING.Location
FROM OFFERING
WHERE (((OFFERING.Course_no)=[Forms]![Form1]![Combo0]));
