i have table I would like to query the data using a form which has three columns but with the code below i can only access the first column. the three columns i wish to include are - course_no, location and start_date

SELECT DISTINCT OFFERING.Lecture, OFFERING.Course_no, OFFERING.Start_date, OFFERING.Location
FROM OFFERING
WHERE (((OFFERING.Course_no)=[Forms]![Form1]![Combo0]));
