I am working on a computer which has two gigabit ethernet interfaces.

This is the current configuration:

PORT 1 (INTERNET) PORT 2 (SPP)

Port 1 connects my computer to the internet whereas port 2 is being used as a serial port profile with an external device. My goal is to switch the two ports such that I have the following configuration:

PORT 1 (SPP) PORT 2 (INTERNET)

I am not sure how to do this in Fedora. Please let me know how this can be done.

For those curious, the reason I wish to do this is because Port 2 drops packets quite frequently, and this is messing up communication with the external device. Port 1 is much more reliable.
