How to get the google wave id in uk ? is it available ? or when it will be available in UK ?

Only way to get it currently is to be invited by a person who

1. Is already in Wave
2. Who has a Wave invite

or Get a wave invite from Google directly. While I'm on Wave, I currently do not have Wave invites to give out.

A person who has Wave invites will generally nominate to invite the other person, and Google would generally send the invite.

So in short - it's not region restricted, and its not open for all, yet.
