What version of Windows you got? Win7 comes with one. |

If you have windows vista ( Notes Gadeget ) come with one (or)

If other than windows 7, you could use Sticker Lite which is free software to create desktop sticky notes using different fonts, colors; post notes on desktop, modify sticky notes, organize sticky notes. |
