I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 14z with following configuration:

3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i5-3317u processor, Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64bit), 8GB 2 DIMM (4GB x2) DDR3 1600Mhz, 500GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive, 32GB Samsung mSATA Drive Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230 Bios version A13

I want to format & clean install Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit on this laptop. In Bios, I set: 1. Hard drive to be "ATA" 2. Intel Smart Response Technology "Disabled" 3. Secure Boot "Disabled".

Then when I partition my drives(80G, 140G, 246G),I load RAID driver from f6flpy-x64. Afterwards, I install my Win 7(through DVD). When win 7 installation is done, I then install chipset driver.

From here I have my question:

How do I install ISRT driver and accelerate my mSATA?

You set "Intel Smart Response Technology" to disable which removes the cache function. Enable it again. – magicandre1981 Jan 4 '14 at 16:26
I Enabled "Intel Smart Response Technology" in my bios, I cannot go in Windows nor see any drives under Windows Installation screen....T_T – Mongol Jan 5 '14 at 1:56
you must load the RAID driver again during setup. – magicandre1981 Jan 5 '14 at 5:18
