My Win 7 PC has an Ethernet LAN connection. I can also plugin my phone an use it's 3G connection. Using Oracle VM Virtual Box I can run a virtual machine that connects only to the phones network. I believe this is because bridged mode can bypass the network stack in Windows. What I'd like is to run a proxy server in Windows that does the same thing, i.e. uses just the phone's network. Then I could configure rules in Foxy Proxy (Firefox add in) so certain web pages use the phone's connection but the majority use the Ethernet LAN.

I've tried using FreeProxy and CCProxy but couldn't get connected. Although I do have admin rights my network administrator has disabled network bridging. However since this doesn't prevent Virtual Box from achieving a connection I don't see why a proxy software couldn't achieve the same thing.
