I'd like to start server app in my Mac Mini OSX Maverick. Here is what I did:

1. Set up second SSD disk to Mac Mini
2. Move OSX Maverick to SSD disc
3. Download and setup server app to OSX Maverick on SSD
4. The server started without problem. But I got the following problem when I tried to open the localhost in web browser:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server

My httpd_server_app.conf (httpd.conf)

#
# Mac OS X Server App
#
# When Server App is installed, this file is used instead of /etc/apache2/httpd.conf
# At Server.app promotion time this file is copied to
# /Library/Server/Web/Config/apache2/httpd_server_app.conf and Apache's launchd.plist is
# modified to use it as the main config file.
#
# The blocks segregate directives that only apply when
# Web Service (as opposed to some other service that needs Apache) is on.
# The launchd plist sets appropriate Define parameters.
# Custom virtual hosts are only activated when Web Service is on.

# Parameterized to pick up env vars (set by launchd.plist) for
# SERVER_INSTALL_PATH_PREFIX.

#
# This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. It contains the
# configuration directives that give the server its instructions.
# See for detailed information.
# In particular, see
#
# for a discussion of each configuration directive.
#
# Do NOT simply read the instructions in here without understanding
# what they do. They're here only as hints or reminders. If you are unsure
# consult the online docs. You have been warned.
#
# Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many
# of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the
# server will use that explicit path. If the filenames do *not* begin
# with "/", the value of ServerRoot is prepended -- so "log/foo_log"
# with ServerRoot set to "/usr" will be interpreted by the
# server as "/usr/log/foo_log".

#
# ServerRoot: The top of the directory tree under which the server's
# configuration, error, and log files are kept.
#
# Do not add a slash at the end of the directory path. If you point
# ServerRoot at a non-local disk, be sure to point the LockFile directive
# at a local disk. If you wish to share the same ServerRoot for multiple
# httpd daemons, you will need to change at least LockFile and PidFile.
#
ServerRoot /usr

#
# Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP addresses and/or
# ports, instead of the default. See also the
# directive.
#
# Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as shown below to
# prevent Apache from glomming onto all bound IP addresses.
#
#Listen 12.34.56.78:80

# 'Main' server configuration
#
# The directives in this section set up the values used by the 'main'
# server, which responds to any requests that aren't handled by a

# All of these directives may appear inside containers,

# DefaultType: the default MIME type the server will use for a document
