Possible Duplicate:
What to do with old hard drives?

Heres the deal - I have a TON of old small capacity hard drives (2, 4, 6, 10, 15GB) and I have NO IDEA what to do with them. They are of course IDE. I could store data on them, but that is kind of senseless because I could just use DVDs.

What are some possible uses for them?

Dominoes.

Seriously though, with gigantic hard drives so cheap, it's probably not worth the energy required to run these hard drives. If you had 100 hard drives with an average of 10 GB, you could probably just buy a 1 TB drive for less than the energy required to run those 100 drives for several months.
