There are a lot of ways you can do this.

The simpliest is to use Adobe Acrobat Pro Editor.

But you can also try to open the File in Word or Open-/Libre-Office Writer.

There are also a few third Party Programms which can do that. just google "edit PDF File"

you can use any PDF editors. Nitro PDF is a good tool to edit PDF. There are also so many free tools. You can add or remove text using this.
