I am trying to configure a clients Outlook 2010 but they keep getting the message:
The message cannot be saved to your IMAP email account Sent Items folder...etc
I looked online and followed a guide to create and designate a Sent Items folder but the tab to do this simply does not exist in my clients version of Outlook.
I go to the accounts settings, click 'More Settings' and from there I understand there should be a tab called 'Sent Items'. But I dont have this - I only have General, Outgoing Server and Advanced.
Can anyone point me in the right direction with this?
