I just installed MAMP 2.2 and use OSX Mountain Lion and am having trouble connecting to MySQL via the Terminal prompt;

iMac:~ Home$ mysql -u root -p root
 -bash: mysql: command not found

Sudo:

iMac:~ Liam$ sudo mysql -u root -p root
Password:
sudo: mysql: command not found

Path:

iMac:~ Home$ echo $PATH
 /Applications/MAMP/bin/php/php5.5.3/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/local/bin

How do I fix this so I can use mysql> prompts in Terminal?
