I would like to be able to fill in quantities for part numbers in an inventory count sheet that looks very similar to this:
Our accounting software (Businessvision 2013) uses Crystal Reports to generate an approximately 300 page file similar to the above when it is time to do a physical inventory count. Normally, we print this (PDF from Crystal Reports) and note the quantity in stock of every item. Instead of printing right away, I would like to be able to use a Search function to be able to scan the document for part numbers, and then enter quantities on the computer as someone calls out them out. Can anyone assist with a possible solution or software suggestion that can do this?
