I want to buy some clock that:

  • gets the time by NTP
  • gets its power via POE
  • has a 24-hour readout

Bonus points for a binary clock.

Does anybody have any clues?

If you just want accurate time, you may also check out WWVB clocks. Or try building one with an arduino and some LEDs – Tyler Nov 19 at 1:37
and what would be the point of having an inaccurate clock? – pavium Nov 19 at 3:37

Symmetricom also make displays, even an analog one.

I'd say go with masterclock. They're clocks are kind of expensive but they are super configurable and last a long time.
