To clarify, my mouse works perfectly fine in Windows 7 and it auto installed the drivers. It also came with a button configuration disk for Windows (gaming mouse). However when I use it on Ubuntu it shows up under lsusb and under xinput but fails to work properly. There are no drivers that I've found for Linux.

Under xinput it shows itself as a "Sun Sonny USB Gaming Mouse".

It lights up when plugged into the port but doesn't work. Does anyone know how I could get it to work on Ubuntu 13.10? I have never tested it on any previous version of Linux/Ubuntu. Not sure if this is the right section of the site. Thanks.

P.S. Chinese mouse :D
