Super User is a question and answer site for computer enthusiasts and power users. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I just recently upgraded to Maverick and Fusion 6.

I have my NAT set to Share my Mac ( in Fusion ), and I see that my default gateway is properly setting my IP. When I hit that IP, I see my localhost on my Mac starts returning results for my local web server, but it stops short of any actual GET requests.

So it basically recognizes that some sort of initial request is being made, but stops short of doing anything with it.

I'm guessing that maybe this has to do with some sort of security settings for sharing content, but I can't decipher where this block is coming from.

Any recommendations?
